YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE. YOUR CONTROL.
CF365 is set up in your own Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You retain administration of your infrastructure and control over the permissions granted.
How setup works ↗Work with your company's existing accounts. CF365 roles and SharePoint permissions are also taken into account.
The installation wizard lists the required app permissions. Your authorised administrator approves them with Microsoft.
The annual licence covers CF365. Azure services are billed through your own subscription. A cost budget provides alerts — it does not cap spending.
Retention and compliance remain part of your tenant configuration and must be checked for lists and documents.

GOOD TO KNOW
The key answers to help you decide.
You need a Microsoft 365 tenant with SharePoint, your own SharePoint site, an Azure subscription and an administrator with the required permissions. Outlook synchronisation also requires a suitable Exchange mailbox. A Microsoft 365 licence alone does not replace an Azure subscription.
Without a valid licence, CF365 switches to read-only mode. Existing contracts and documents remain readable and downloadable. New contracts, changes, automatic reminders and calendar synchronisation are disabled. Azure usage costs may arise independently of the CF365 licence.
No. Light and Basic are annual licences for CF365. Running costs are billed separately through your Azure subscription. Actual costs depend on factors such as usage, data volume and synchronisation interval. We therefore do not promise a fixed monthly Azure price.
Yes. The total number of stored contracts counts. Only a confirmed removal from the contract register frees up a slot. Microsoft retention requirements may preserve copies or block deletion; CF365 does not bypass these requirements.
Yes. The unique CF-ID lets you create direct contract links and store them in other systems. Sign-in and existing contract permissions are still required. A link does not grant additional access rights.
Not yet. The plan and AI features are planned. The current proposal is up to 2,000 stored contracts at a target price of €999 net per customer instance per year. The customer provides the Azure AI resource and pays for its usage. Please contact us for larger portfolios.
